Email sending & receiving
Provision sending and inbound domains with Amazon SES, publish DNS, set the From address, and manage the brand's forward-to inbox addresses.
No From address set — emails fall back to noreply@<domain>. Set one for branded sending.
No company details set. These appear in the unsubscribe footer on every email and are required by the NZ Unsolicited Electronic Messages Act before a template can be published.

Allowed senders
Only emails from these senders are filed into the CRM — everything else is blocked and shown below as Ignored. Add a whole domain (pioneerfinance.co.nz) or a single address. Nothing is processed until at least one sender is allowed.
No allowed senders yet — the inbox blocks everyone. Allow your team's domain to start filing emails.
