Microsoft 365 (organization-wide)
One admin consent covers every user's Outlook/Teams calendar — calendar sync, booking-link availability and Teams meetings work for the whole team with no individual setup. Alternatively, each person can connect just their own account under Settings → Preferences (a personal connection always takes precedence for that user).
